Abstract
The aim of the research is to identify the effectiveness of educational administration in creating a positive organizational climate in educational institutions, as the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach to suit the objectives of the research in collecting descriptive analytical data to answer the research question and reach the most important results and recommendations through theoretical literature and previous studies. Among the most important recommendations is to focus on qualitative change in educational administration officials who have the ability to keep pace with change, through good training and motivation, in order to create a strong relationship between leaders and workers in educational institutions, as good training works to increase their skills and knowledge, as well as the presence of a good incentive system that works to enhance their good performance to create a positive organizational climate.
