علم المناسبة في القرآن الكريم

علم المناســـــبة يعتبر من أهــــم علوم القـــرآن، وعلوم القرآن لا تنتهي ولا تنضب ؛ لأنه كتاب معجز لا يمكن لأحد الاتيان بمثله، وبهذا العلم يُعـــرف إعجازه وقوة نظمه وترتيبه، فهو علم له فوائد عظيمة يُعين على فهم وحســـن وتدبر القـــرآن، ومنه ما هو ظاهر، ومنه ما هو باطن، ولكنه قائم على الاجتهاد والرأي.

Education and learning are the most effective means of searching for the truth and instilling human, moral, emotional, and spiritual values. The truth is the believer’s desire, and every believer, and Muslim in particular, believes that the immutable, unchangeable truth is the word of God Almighty in the Holy Qur’an. There are often conversations here and there that what science does not prove is not reality, but scientists of all walks of life and specializations have so far been unable to discover any phenomenon that was not referred to in one or more surahs of the Holy Qur’an, which has made scholars more believe in the divine miracle (but it is feared God is one of His learned servants) Fatir - 28, from the miracle of statement and language, to the legislative and social miracle, and even the scientific miracle, from the formation of the universe to the formation of man and all creatures. The discussion in this paper revolves around what was mentioned in the Noble Qur’an and the Noble Prophet’s Sunnah, then science confirmed it after that, and much remains before the scholars with the Almighty’s saying: And you have not been given of knowledge except a little (Al-Isra - 85), to the Almighty’s saying: And above every possessor of knowledge is a Knower ( Youssef - 26), and God Almighty is above all, and He is the most knowledgeable of all worlds. It will specifically address the scientific miracles in the Holy Qur’an and approaches to innovation in pre-university education curricula in both the Syrian Arab Republic and the State of Libya.

أثر السرد في بناء العقيدة الإسلامية ــ دراسة في النصوص التأسيسية

يُعتبر الســــرد في النصوص التأسيسية الإسلامية، مثل القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية، من أبــــرز الوسائل البلاغية التي تُستخدم لنقل المفاهيم العقدية والأخلاقية بطريقة فعالة ومؤثرة، وهذه الدراسة تستعرض دور السرد في بناء العقيدة الإسلامية، وتحليل كيفية توظيفه لتوضيح التوحيد، الإيمان باليوم الآخر، والقيم الأخلاقية ، والقرآن الكريم يعرض السرد عبر قصص الأنبياء والأمم السابقة، مما يعـــزز الفهم العميق للعقيدة ويُقدم دروساً حياتية من تجارب التاريخ ، وأما في السنة النبوية، فقد استخدم النبي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم الســـــرد كأداة تربوية لتوجيه الصحابة والمسلمين نحو القيم الأخلاقية والسلوك القويم، حيث يجمع السرد بين التأثير العقلي والعاطفي ، ومن خلال ذلك يتضح أن السرد في النصوص الإسلامية يؤدي دوراً محورياً في تعليم المسلمين وتوجيههم، ويُسهم في ترسيخ العقيدة من خلال عرض العبر والدروس المستفادة. وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز استخدام السرد في التعليم الديني والخطاب الدعوي، نظراً لقوته في إيصال الرسائل الدينية بفعالية ، هذه النتائج تبرز أهمية السرد كوسيلة تعليمية وتربوية في الإسلام، وتشير إلى ضرورة استثماره بشكل أكبر في المناهج التعليمية والبرامج الإعلامية والدعوية.

This study attempted to show an aspect of Islamic Sufism through one of the most important topics of Sufi mysticism - the state of annihilation - and the extent to which it was influenced by the religious and intellectual pattern of previous civilizations, by studying it through the trends of Sunni and philosophical Islamic Sufism, but the greatest interest in this study was focused on showing aspects The state of annihilation from the perspective of practical Sunni Sufism only, according to the historical, retrospective, analytical, descriptive, and critical comparative approach whenever necessary, This study was divided into two sections: The first section: The concept of annihilation and its dimensions. The second: Annihilation according to Al-Tijani. One of its results was that annihilation has multiple images according to the visions and views of the Sufis, but even if these visions differ, they all still draw from one source, so annihilation is a state of liberation, From the relationships, refuges and preoccupations of the world, it is an interruption and turning to God in a way that gives space to implement the Sharia obligations so as not to violate the law of God by falling into the prohibitions of disrupting the Sharia.

وظـــف الشعراء المحدثين الرمز في قصائدهم بطرائق فنية تهدف إلى إيصال الرسالة ، التي ينهض من أجلها الشعر ، وتوظيف الرمز في القصيدة الحديثة ، يسهم في الارتقاء بشعريتها ، ويعمق دلالته يُعد الرمز من أهم الخصائص الفنية التي تميز النص الأدبي إذ أنه يتيح له دلالات، وأبعاد غير محدودة ، فالرمز هو سلاح الشاعر الذي يعبر به عن أفكاره، تحت غطاء أدبي رمزي بالرموز، وبالتحديد الرمز الديني ، ومن الشعراء الذين ًعملوا على توظيف الرمز في قصائدهم الشعراء الليبيون ، فكما سبق وأن الشعراء الليبيون أسوة بغيرهم من الشعراء وظفوا العديد من التقنيات الحديثة في قصائدهم ومن ضمنها الرمز، وبذلك يكونوا قد أثروا الساحة الليبية باعتماد الرموز الدينية الإسلامية، ومن هؤلاء الشعراء الشاعر محمد المزوغي وديوانه ( العارفــــون ) ، فقد استغل الشاعر محمد المزوغي هذا السلاح الرمزي ، فقد كان شعره غنيًا بالرموز وبالتحديد الرمز الديني ، وكان ديوانه (العارفون ) زاخراً في ثنايا قصائده بالرمز الديني ، وهذا ما دفعني إلى اختيار موضوع الرمز ًفي شعره.

The research deals with the distinction between cursing and its effects. My study was divided into an introduction, two sections, and a conclusion. Its ruling is obligatory, disliked, and forbidden, and in the wisdom of its legitimacy there is relief and a way out for what Husbands may suffer harm due to the adultery of their wives, and it is required that the cursing be at the hands of the ruler or his deputy, and after the ruler separates the cursing parties, it results in a set of rulings, such as eternal inviolability between the cursing parties, the forfeiture of the right to pleasure, maintenance, and housing for the cursing person, denying the lineage of the child and attaching him to his mother, and the punishment penalty is waived. Slander is on the part of the husband and the right to adultery is on the wife, and it is not inherited between the two who are in love with each other. As for the son, he in herits from his mother and inherits from his siblings.

الصلح و أُثــره في حل المنازعات المتعلقة بالعقود الإدارية وفقاً للتشريع الليبي

نظــــــراً لتعقد سبل الحياة وتزايد المنازعات ، أدى ذلك إلى إبراز مشكلة خطيرة تهدد قدرة القضاء على حسم هذه النزاعات في وقت محدود ، وأصبح اللجوء للصلح في وقتنا الحالي أمراً ملحاً وذلك محاكاة للتطور المستمر في شتى المجالات والعقود الإدارية جزء منها ، ومن هنا نشأت الحاجة الملحة لوجود آليات يمكن للأطراف حل خلافاتهم بشكل سريع وعادل وفعال من غير اللجوء للقضاء ، فالقضاء الإداري صاحب الاختصاص الأصيل فيما يتعلق بالمنازعات المتعلقة بالعقود الإدارية وخاصة بعد صدور القانون رقم 88 لسنة 1971م المادة الرابعة ، إذ جعل اختصاص القضاء الإداري في العقود الإدارية الثلاثة عقد الالتزام والأشغال العامة والتوريد اختصاص مانع لدوائر القضاء الإداري .

The issue of recovering stolen assets represents the greatest challenge in combating corruption in various countries around the world. This requires a set of judicial and non-judicial measures، as well as following the legal pathway outlined by the United Nations Convention against Corruption in this context. Therefore، the study addresses the most important legal mechanisms for the recovery process، the key obstacles and challenges in this field، and highlights the shortcomings of Libyan legislation on this matter and its success in overcoming these challenges. Furthermore، the study clarifies the steps that the Libyan legislator should take to make the recovery process more effective. The study concludes with several findings and recommendations، the most important of which is that relying solely on national legislation and the United Nations Convention will not have a significant impact on the recovery process. Instead، other mechanisms must be adopted، including examining each case individually and subjecting it to a different legal framework. Additionally، there is a need to develop substantive rulings and policies related to criminalization and punishment to be more effective in addressing this phenomenon، along with establishing a clear strategy to activate procedures for recovering stolen assets.

And procedures for managing his class. Therefore, this research highlights the importance of this issue in the minds of those concerned with education in Libya in terms of theory and practice. Research problem: The research problem centers on knowing the most important educational competencies of basic education teachers and their relationship to classroom management. Research objectives: This research aims to identify the level of personal educational competencies of basic education teachers, as well as the level of good planning for lessons within the classroom, and the nature of the relationship between educational competencies and classroom management. Research limits: This research included (71) male and female teachers at the basic education school in the city of Zawiya. The research was applied in the academic year 2024/2025 AD. Research methodology: This research adopted the descriptive approach, and the main tool in collecting its data was (the questionnaire). Research literature: The literature included main topics related to the educational competencies of basic education teachers and their relationship to classroom management. Research results: Many appropriate statistical methods were used based on the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program, and the analysis of the research data included quantitative statistical analysis and interpretive qualitative analysis of the dimensions of the results obtained. The most important results indicate: - The teacher’s choice of educational methods related to the subject of the lesson and linking them to the surrounding reality raises the level of personal competencies to a high degree among basic education teachers.- When the teacher develops a plan to address some of the students’ shortcomings within the classroom, it increases the level of competencies for good planning of educational lessons. - Using appropriate educational means to attract students’ attention raises the level of classroom management among basic education teachers. The results of the research confirmed that there is a direct correlation with statistical significance at (0.01) between the level of educational competencies and classroom management among basic education teachers.

الضغوط النفسية وعلاقتها بالسلوك التنظيمي لدى عينة من موظفي كلية التربية جامعة الزاوية

This research aimed to identify the type and degree of the relationship between psychological stress and organizational behavior among a sample of employees of the Faculty of Education, University of Zawiya. It also aimed to identify the level of psychological stress and the level of their organizational behavior. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the comprehensive inventory method was followed when collecting data from the study community, as the size of the study community was (65) male and female employees working at the Faculty of Education, Zawiya, according to the statistics of the year (2024 AD). To collect the data, the researcher prepared a psychological stress scale consisting of (20) paragraphs, and a scale for organizational behavior that also included (20) paragraphs. After verifying their validity and stability, the data were collected and analyzed statistically, and the researcher reached the following results: - There is a statistically significant inverse correlation at the level (0.01) between psychological stress and organizational behavior among employees of the Faculty of Education, University of Zawiya. - The level of psychological stress among employees of the Faculty of Education, University of Zawiya, was moderate. - The level of organizational behavior among employees of the Faculty of Education, University of Zawiya, was moderate.

استخدام الإنترنت وانعكاسه على التحصيل الدراسي لدى طلبة كلية التربية يفرن ــ دراســة ميدانية على طلبة قسم الخدمة الاجتماعية

تنـــــاول البحث استخدام الإنترنت وانعكاســــه على التحصيل الدراسي لدى طلبة كلية التربية يفرن ، واستهدف التعرف على استخدام الإنترنت وانعكاسه الإيجابي والسلبي على التحصيل الدراسي لدى طلبة كلية التربية يفــــرن واستخدم المنهج الوصفي باعتباره المنهج المناسب عن طريق المسح الشامل لطلبة قسم الخدمة الاجتماعية والبالغ عددهم 15 طالبا المقيدين بنظام السنة مستخدما استمارة الاستبيان ، وأهم النتائج : أ - أغلب مفردات مجتمع البحث يستخدمون الإنترنت للحصول على معلومات يحتاجونها في دراستهم بنسبة %80 ب - بينت نتائج البحث أن %40 من مجتمع البحث يستخدمون الإنترنت للتعلم أكثر من الترفيه. ج - أظهرت نتائج البحث أن %53.3 من مجتمع البحث أفادوا بأن الإنترنت كان سببا في إهمال بعض واجباتهم الدراسية. د -اشارت نتائج البحث أن %46.7 من مجتمع البحث يشعرون بالقلق والاضطراب لعدم استخدامهم للإنترنت.

هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف علــى المســـــؤولية الاجتماعيــة، و- أيضاً - التعرف على واقع تطبيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية في العملية التعليمية من خلال التطرق إلى مجموعة من البحوث والدراسات السابقة التي تناولت المسؤولية الاجتماعية، لتحقيق واقع هذه المسؤولية داخلها، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصل البحث في نتائجه إلى أن المسؤولية الاجتماعية هي التزام المؤسسة التعليمية تجاه المجتمع الذي تعيش فيه من خلال البرامج والأنشطة والأبحاث التي تساهم في تنميته، وحل مشكلاته، وقدرته على مواجهة الثورة المعلوماتية من أجل تحقيق الاهداف التربوية التعليمية، وإن نجاح العملية التعليمية في تطبيقها يحتاج إلى توفر عدد من عوامل النجاح الداخلية والخارجية الفردية والإدارية والمالية، وكذلك إلى دور البرامج الإرشادية في تحقيقها، كما توجد مؤسسات في المجتمع تقع على عاتقها القيام بدور إيجابي في تنمية المسؤولية الاجتماعية منها المسجد والجامعة ووسائل الإعلام، أما المسؤولية الذاتية فهي تقع بشكل كبير على عاتق الأسرة من خلال إتباع الأسس التربوية، وإن المؤسسات التعليمية تؤدي دوراً في تعزيز المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى المتعلمين واعدادهم فكرياً وعلمياً، وتنمية قدراتهم وتشجيعهم على الإبداع، وكذلك في تعزيز دور المعلم في التخطيط والإعداد للأنشطة والبرامج التي تساهم في ترسيخ المسؤولية الاجتماعية.

التحديث وعلاقته بانحراف الأحداث

أصبحت ظاهرة انحراف الأحداث ظاهرة خطيرة تهدد المجتمع لما لها من أضرار كثيرة ومشاكل متعددة مما أدى إلى اهتمام المجتمعات بدراستها وخاصة في ظل التطور العلمي السريع الذي وصل إليه العالم اليوم والذي تطورت معه أشكال وأنواع الجرائم ونتيجة لذلك انتشرت الدراسات والأبحاث المتعلقة بهذا الجانب في محاولة لتوضيح هذه المشكلة وبيان خطورتها وإضرارها على المجتمع الذي رأى الباحث القيام بدراسة هذا الموضوع داخل المجتمع الليبي ، ويعتبر المنحرف ضحية لظروف سيئة سواء كانت اجتماعية أو اقتصادية أو صحية أو ثقافية مشيرا إلى الأعمال التي يقوم بها الطفل وتجعله منحرفا في السن الحرجة كما لا ننسى دور الأسرة والمدرسة والمربين والمؤسسات الاجتماعية ووسائل الاتصال في محاصرة مشكلة الانحراف ، والتي تنطلق منها الدراسة وأهداف هذه الدراسة وأهميتها وتساؤلاتها ثم المفاهيم والمصطلحات المتمثلة في مجموعة من التعريفات وكذلك الدراسات السابقة المتعلقة بموضوع الدراسة ، والذي يتم فيه شرح مفصل عن الأحداث وظاهرة الانحراف وبعض النظريات المفسرة للظاهرة وعلاقتها بانحراف الإحداث ، كما يتناول الإجراءات المنهجية للدراسة وطرق جمع البيانات وتحليلها ومجتمع البحث الذي أقيمت عليه الدراسة للوصل الي بعض التوصيات والمقترحات التي توصل اليها الباحث .

إن الإعداد المهني العملي عملية يتم بها دمج ما هو نظري بما هو عملي ، لتحقيق أفضل أداء ممكن لممارسي مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية بعد انتهاء إعدادهم ، ومن هنا تظهر الحاجة إلى أن يدرج في برامج التدريب العملي ، والإشراف عليه يمكن الطلاب . ًيا عمل قها من استيعاب المعرفة التي حصل عليها في حرة الدرس نظرياً وتطبي إن النمو المهني واكتساب مهارات الممارسة المهنية لطلاب الخدمة الاجتماعية يتطلب دراسة الواقع الفعلي لبرامج الإعداد وما قد يعيقها أو يحــد من فاعليتها ، وبخاصة الجانب العملي منها، بهدف رفع مستوى البرامج التدريبية تنميتها بصورة مستمرة ، وتحسين أساليب ممارسة المتدربين وتنمية مهاراتهم وخبراتهم في العمل إلى يؤذونه، والذي يتوقف بدرجة كبيرة على المشرف المؤسسي الذي يلازم الطلاب بشكل مستمر أثنا عملية تدريبهم الميداني في مختلف المؤسسات التي يتدربون فيها ، الأمر إلى يؤثر في عملية النمو المهني للطلاب من خلال إنجازه للمهام التي تشبع ميولهم واحتياجاتهم بصفة مستمرة ، ومساعدتهم لاكتساب المهارة في التطبيق والممارسة والاطلاع على كل ما هو حديث وجديد في ممارسة المهنة .

هدفت هـــذه الدراسة المعنونة بالمضامين الرياضية في تعليقات المدونين على صفحات الفيس بوك( دراسة تحليلية) للتعرف على أهم المضامين الرياضية في تعليقات المدونين عبر الفيس بوك ، وكذلك التعرف على أهم القيم الرياضية الإيجابية والسلبية التي تضمنتها تعليقات المدونين، والمستوى اللغوي الذي قدمت به ، كما سعت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الأشكال الفنية المصاحبة للتعليقات ، وأكثر الشخصيات المستهدفة بالتعليقات، ولتحقيق كل هذه الأهداف قام الباحث بتحليل مضمون عينة عشوائية من التعليقات قوامها 600 تعليق على مدى ثلاثين يوما بواقع 20 تعليقا يوميا واستخدم الباحث في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي ، معتمدا في ذلك على استمارة تحليل المضمون والتي من خلالها توصل الباحث الى عدد من النتائج نذكر أهمها : - تصدرت اللغة العربية المبسطة الترتيب من حيث المستوى اللغوي الذي قدمت به التعليقات . - التحلي بالروح الرياضية والتفاهم المتبادلين هي أكثر قيمة إيجابية طغت على تعليقات المدونين . - فاق مجموع القيم السلبية مجموع القيم الإيجابية ، حيث جاءت الالفاظ البذيئة في مقدمة القيم السلبية التي طغت على تعليقات المدونين عبر صفحات الفيس بوك

من المتناقضات التي يلمسها الجميع أن العالم العربي من أغنى بقاع العالم – إن لم يكن أغناها – من حيث ثروته الأثرية ومع ذلك فإن أهل المنطقة أقل الناس وعيا بقيمة هذا السجل الحضاري الضخم. إن هذه العبارات افتتح بها الفخراني كتابه (الرائد في فن التنقيب على الآثار) بحيث لاحظ أن أغلب الناس أقل وعياً بقيمة السجل الحضاري للآثار، وهذا ما لاحظته أثناء زياراتي إلى المواقع الأثرية بمدينة الرياينة وسرعة التخريب والعبث بها لدرجة الاعتقاد الراسخ أن أي موقع أثري في قطعة أرض لأحد العائلات تعتبره ملكاً لها، وتفعل به ما تشاء، وخاصة بفعل الآلات الحديثة وقدرتها على المسح والتدمير، حتى أصبح هذا التخريب ظاهرة مشاهدة واضحة يمكن ملاحظتها بسهولة ومن خلال زيارة بسيطة لهذه الآثار سرعان ما تشاهد العبث الموجود بها سواء بكتابة الأسماء أو الخطوط أو التخريب المتعمد لمكوناتها أو والتضييق عليها بحجج ملكية الأراضي التي توجد بها

The phenomenon of visual pollution is one of the environmental phenomena that urban cities suffer from in our world today, and it takes many forms and types, thus affecting the city’s environment and the people living in it, or those visiting it from neighboring cities. This study aimed to determine the extent to which the city of Gharyan was affected by this phenomenon, being the oldest city in the Western Mountains and its administrative capital, in addition to knowing the most important manifestations or forms of visual pollution in it, relying on the descriptive and analytical approach And field visits to the study area to identify the most important forms of visual pollution in it, and to develop appropriate solutions for this phenomenon. This study concluded that the city suffers from many aspects of visual pollution resulting from the failure to implement urban plans, in addition to the lack of environmental awareness among the population, and recommended the necessity of disseminating Environmental culture among residents, activating the role of regulatory and executive bodies to reduce the phenomenon of visual pollution, and encouraging residents to adopt a distinctive architectural character Designs residential and administrative buildings in the city.

Land use maps are objective maps that are of great importance in clarifying those uses and indicating their areas, as the uses varied in the study area, between residential and commercial uses, rain-fed and irrigated agricultural lands, and public, religious and industrial services, in addition to the network of main paved and unpaved roads, etc., This study aimed to reveal the spatial structure of land uses and their distribution, for the purpose of interpreting and clarifying the most important uses in the region. It also aims to prepare digital maps of land uses, clarify the areas for each type, indicate their geographical distribution, analyze those maps cartographically, and prepare a geographical database The ARC GIS 10.3 program was relied upon to prepare, draw and produce digital maps of the region, which contributes to proper planning of land uses. It also aims to examine its ability to produce land use maps and the extent of its effectiveness in quantitative and analytical studies and studying the changes that have occurred in land uses. In the study area over different time periods, the study reached a number of conclusions, the most prominent of which is that there are a group of basic types of land uses, and the satellite visuals of the region underwent a clipping process for the process of processing, analyzing, displaying, storing and producing several digital maps to benefit from them in future planning. The researcher conducted a field survey of all land uses in the study area, based on a comprehensive survey of residential and agricultural use, the road network, shops, and religious uses, and analyzing them at the level of one class. It was concluded that geographic information systems are an effective technology in studying land uses, in addition to relying on processing, analysis, and calculating areas for all uses. The use of geographic information systems is characterized by accuracy and effort, but it requires a great deal of effort in entering data, which constitutes about 70% of the effort.

The Libyan people are among the most Arab peoples who love bread and consume it, and this is due to the nature of the Libyan diet, which made it a main component of their daily food, as this study dealt with the spatial distribution of the bread and baking industry in the Libyan city of Quba, as this study relied on several criteria to evaluate this distribution, the most important of which is the concentration of this industry, its spread, its general structure, and its contribution to the structure of the city's economic base in meeting the local product for the city's residents of bread and baking of all kinds within its geographical surroundings, and classifying this vital activity and its origin, according to the location, number of workers, and its size, both quantitatively and qualitatively, within residential neighborhoods, based on the spatial and digital standard through mathematical, graphic and cartographic representation to know the principle of balance and fairness of its distribution on the general map of the city, and the extent of its efficiency in providing its services to the population, within the general plan of the city and outside it, in order to clarify the problems and obstacles facing this industry within the city and the possibility of addressing and overcoming them in the near future, to conclude this study in its entirety with results and recommendations.

The study aims to analyze the impact of climate change on environment and sustainable development in Libya. The results showed that Libya suffers from high temperatures, low rainfall, and increased desertification, which leads to major challenges in the sectors of agriculture, water resources and the marine environment. The data revealed an increase in average temperatures by 1.6 degrees Celsius between 1980 and 2020 and a decrease in rainfall by 36% in the northern region and 42% in the southern region. This decrease negatively affected agricultural production, as the productivity of basic crops such as wheat and barley declined by up to 50% during the same period. The study also showed the impact of climate change on the marine environment, as the productivity of fish resources decreased by 40% due to the increase in water temperatures and increased acidity.

The study of the term represents an essential station, which occupies the most important issues of jurisprudential research in terms of its relationship to the construction of jurisprudence and its renewal, through methodological orbits, which the experience of jurists has conspired upon in a terminological system that can be called the “methodological entity” starting from the orbit of the structure of the term and its semantic memory, to the orbit of the conceptual load of those connotations, to the orbit in which those concepts reproduce in cognitive horizons as a result of the quality of functional lexical care for terminological fields, ending with the orbit in which the standards through which the material of jurisprudence is organized appear, and in which the overall critical visions are embodied as a methodological reality. By reading the term "term" or the term "terminology" of jurisprudence in this paper, we do not mean to be satisfied with obtaining the semantic material lying between language dictionaries and jurisprudence works, nor to be interested in obtaining concepts to refine the jurisprudential and fundamentalist discourse, nor do we mean by reading it to follow the relationships of these concepts and their impact in opening certain cognitive horizons, but rather the intended meaning is to read the nature of the term "terminology of jurisprudence" in a problematic dimension, a reading that takes the researcher with what it carries of perceptions to the depths of the normative critical life in which the world of meaning and concepts, and horizons crystallize into procedural images and vital comprehensive visions, the features of which are reflected in our research methods and methods of presenting jurisprudence and its principles. A Review on Implementing CLT in the Arab Context: Challenges and Solutions

Communicative language teaching (CLT) is an approach that has been known for more than forty years. The current study presents an in-depth look into the use of Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) for EFL/ESL learners in the Arab countries. Through reviewing some of the available literature in the field, this study aims to investigate the existing status of CLT instruction and the obstacles faced while applying this approach in some Arab countries. The findings of the study highlight some of the benefits of the CLT approach on the learning process as it encourages students' interaction and communication, makes it easier for them to use the language in real-world situations, and helps them to become more independent with good critical thinking abilities and problem-solving skills. The findings have also revealed that the main impediments faced by many teachers of English are the lack of resources, lack of training, and resistance to change the traditional teaching practices. In conclusion, the current study indicates that CLT continues to exist in the English language classroom with restricted implementation in the Arab world. Therefore, in order to achieve the goals of this approach, teachers need help to overcome these encountered obstacles through providing them with appropriate training, adequate resources, and integrating technology knowledgeably.

L'Orientalisme et la représentation de l'Autre dans la littérature française et arabe

L'orientalisme, tel qu'il est conceptualisé par Edward Said dans son ouvrage Orientalism (1978), désigne un ensemble de représentations et de discours par lesquels l'Occident a construit une image de l'Orient, souvent empreinte de stéréotypes, de préjugés et de simplifications. Ces représentations ne se limitent pas à des descriptions géographiques ou culturelles, mais engendrent une vision idéologique qui, tout en affirmant la supériorité de l'Occident, marginalise et déforme l'Autre. Cette analyse se penche sur la manière dont l'Orient est représenté dans les œuvres de deux auteurs français emblématiques, Gustave Flaubert et André Gide, qui, chacun à leur manière, s'inscrivent dans cette tradition littéraire orientale. Flaubert, à travers son roman Salammbô, propose une vision exotique et fascinante de l'Orient, tout en véhiculant des stéréotypes sur les cultures orientales. De son côté, Gide, dans ses œuvres comme Voyage au Congo, cherche à approcher l'Autre avec une certaine sensibilité, mais se heurte néanmoins aux limites de sa perspective occidentale. Les critiques de ces représentations ne se sont pas fait attendre. Edward Said lui-même appelle à une déconstruction de ces images, soulignant la nécessité pour les écrivains orientaux de revendiquer leur propre voix et leur récit. Des auteurs arabes contemporains, comme Tahar Ben Jelloun, s'efforcent également de redéfinir cette représentation, en célébrant la richesse et la diversité des cultures orientales tout en critiquant les simplifications héritées de l'orientalisme. En examinant ces œuvres et les discours qui les entourent, cette étude vise à explorer les dynamiques de pouvoir sous-jacentes aux représentations de l'Orient et à mettre en lumière les tensions entre exotisme, authenticité et identité. À travers cette analyse, nous mettrons en évidence comment la littérature devient un espace de contestation et de réappropriation des récits, permettant ainsi une compréhension plus nuancée de l'Autre. Ce faisant, nous contribuerons à une réflexion sur les enjeux contemporains liés à l'orientalisme, à la colonialité et aux identités culturelles dans un monde de plus en plus globalisé.

The Analysis of Cleo’s Character in West’s “The Living Is Easy

This study analyzes the heroine character in Dorothy West’s novel, The Living Is Easy. This heroine is a different literary character in the African American literature of the twentieth century, the Harlem Renaissance. During this period, African people had been accepted as independent individuals in the American society. This supports Greve’s belief that “African American literature is now at a different stage…with strong and independent black characters…” (62). On the contrary, Cleo is presented as a black woman with a twist fact that she appears to behave as a white person, but not truly as a female. Therefore, the author depicts a protagonist who could be any one of us, a human of any gender; a woman of any race. Accordingly, this literary work is not like other common African American works in which its themes are about slavery or the impact of slavery over the coming generation. It is about those blacks who escape from the south to the north of the United States in order to have a prosperous life, just like the luxurious life of white people at that time. West’s protagonist wants to search “…for a different life from their parents” (Bay: 203). In this paper, we investigate this new type of an African American heroine who appeared to be a victim of herself and her norms by denying both, being a black person and a typical feminine.

An investigation into Vocabulary Learning Strategies used by Fifth semester English Department Students

This research paper investigates the vocabulary Learning strategies used by some Libyan EFL learners. A survey questionnaire was distributed among 45 students who were enrolled for the fifth semester in the English department in El-ejellat faculty of education. The findings of this research indicate a version in the frequency and the types of the Vocabulary Learning Strategies used by the participants. They also indicate the students' lack of awareness of some useful Vocabulary Learning strategies.The researcher recommends the teachers and the students to develop their understanding of more effective vocabulary Learning Strategies at this will lead to the development of the students' language proficiency.

The Moderating Effect of Sustainability Reporting and Accounting Information on Banks Performance

This study empirically examined the effect of sustainability reporting and accounting information on the performance of banks in the Northern African country. It also examines the interactive term of accounting information and sustainability reporting in the region. The study employed an estimates of Driscroll-Kraay standard error, relying on the data of 45 banks across six Northern African region between 2008 and 2019. The estimates show that among the three ESG indexes, environmental and governance reporting have positive and significant effect on banks performance while social does not significantly affect the performance of banks in the Northern African region. Also, non-performing loans and loan to deposit ration have negative impacts on banks performance. The sizes of banks, composite index of sustainability reporting and the interactive term of sustainable reporting and accounting information have positive impact on banks performance in the Northern African region. This study concludes that the accounting information influences banks performance in countries where there is consistency in the accounting standard applications, and it is dependent on good environmental, social and governance disclosure in countries with inconsistency in their accounting standards. It is recommended that the Northern African commercial banks like many other firms globally should disclose their environmental, social and governance practices, be consistence in accounting standard practices and publish the necessary accounting information on their websites to boost their performances.
