Abstract
The aim of this research is to identify the quality of the school environment in educational institutions in Libya and the impact of this environment on achieving mental health on the employees of these institutions and the students studying there from the point of view of psychologists and social workers. By raising this problem, strategic plans can be developed to improve the school environment in accordance with the quality standards followed in developed countries. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method and relied on collecting his data on the questionnaire method. To reach accurate results, the researcher relied on the statistical methods used in the SPSS statistical package. The results of this research concluded that educational institutions lack quality standards through the comfortable classrooms and spaces available in them. Green facilities such as canteens, playgrounds, and bathrooms, and some schools lack good management and a suitable location
