Abstract

The distortion of grammar and its origins according to Abdullah Bin Abi Ishaq The study of Arabic grammar was initially characterized by the extent to which an Arab needed to inprove his / her linguistic ability. Then grammarians expanded in establishing rules, laws, and linguistic and grammatical foundations thanks to mental brilliance, and his efforts produced a huge and great linguistic and grammatical revolution. Al-Hadrami in the second class was an Imam who was well-versed in Arabic and readings and the first to establish the vanguards and introductions to the science of grammatical opinion is attributed to him and he was distinguished by the attribute of " grammarian". He was the the most knowledgeable and intelligent of the people of Basra and the first to branch out and measure grammar. A grammatical compostion was found for him represented in the book (Al-Hamz). His knowledge included this phrase ( the first to expand grammar, extemd analogy and working with it, and his gatherings and debates confirm his, as he is one of those who are skilled in debates and the first to open the door to mental exercises that emerged from a unique mind distinguished by a sharp, intelligent mind, penetrating insight, and foresight in linguistic and grammatical issues. This is not strange for someone who was described as an ocean in his knowledge, as he is the one to whom two words are attributed: Regularity and Analogy, this is, he makes it comprehensive and without exception, so he does not judge what contradicts the analogy as an anomaly or necessity, but rather he judges the error of the speaker who contradicts the analogy. This is the most important thing that distinguishes Ibn Abi Ishaq, who paved the way for grammarians and tried to establish rules and set a standard for the language. This was evident in his disagreement with poets, so he formulated these views in scientific formulation based on adopting what falls under these rules of analogies and standards. He is the one who opened up grammar and explained the causes, and in this he is a critical scholar. This meticulous care that Ibn Abi Ishaq exerted in collecting the origins of the material and uniting its fragments and deriving rulings surrounded by a strong fence of vigilance and caution appeared for this personality who history gave generously in its bright periods, so this subject is spacious and broad in space.
