Abstract

The international arbitrator who decides the dispute plays a pivotal role , and is entrusted with many tasks until it issues a valid and irrevocable ruling. One of the most important tasks entrusted to it is the task of determining the law applicable to arbitration procedures, which is two-fold. The first part is the application of the procedural law chosen by the parties. Disputing The second part, which is the most burdensome, is represented in the case in which the parties neglect to specify this law, as it turns to the work of the texts of national laws, texts of international agreements, and regulations of arbitration centers that refer to the application of the law of the seat of arbitration.
