This research seeks to extract this treasure and bring it to light, through the study and investigation of the book, and determine its place in its historical context, and how it contributed to the formation of Islamic thought throughout the ages, and the research also seeks to highlight the status of its author, judge Yusuf, as one of the imams of the Maliki school"
