Abstract

Anxiety and Depression and its Effects on the Health and the Psychic status of the Cancer patients " A comparative clinical ttippi and clinical center Field study on a sample of the Cancer patients in Tripoli Lybia. The study as well aunedat indicating to the essential differences among the patients and the healthy people . the researcher condrcted ersonal interviews with the members of the samples issordar to now the degree of their suffering from depression in addition to haring a clearer new of heir hring conditions and circumstances , their education level and she used the P.g indictor to indentify depression in booth healthy and affected members of the sample . The sample was composed of two groups ; the first of which were Cancer patients ( females and males ) (44 members /18/ malesand /26/ females while the healthy group consisted of 49 members as well / 28 / femals and 21 males Age groups ranged between 15 - 65 years old. The researcher used contrastive Analysis Approoch to study differences among the member regarding effect of depression and Anxiety on them. Add, she used the Spearpearencan-Brown corselation and T.Test , calution of are ges and standard Deviation together with percentages. The study concluded that there were differences statistically significant at (0.01) with regard to the effect of depression and Anxiety on the patientswith Cancer than an the healthy .
