Abstract

This study aimed to identify the difficulties facing the republic bank. The municipalities of west jebel nafusa nalut kabau and the weight of alhawamed are expanding to provide electronic banking services .The descriptive analytical approach was used for the study .where a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a practical sample. Which is the employees working in the bank under study the spps statistical package program was used in analyzing the primary data contained the questionnaire. The study that there are difficulties in the lack of accounting standards that regulate the electronic banking service of the bank under study ,as well as the weakness of the laws that regulate the process of expanding and developing an electronic service and the weakness of expertise and competencies working to expand the provision of Elec tronic, The study also reached a number of recommendations represented in the necessity of working to spread awareness Egyptian awareness in the electronic field and developing the banks organizational and legal structure in line with the requirements of the electronic service and scope of its expansion
