Abstract
This study aimed to identify the impact of the work environment on administrative creativity among employees of the Municipality Council of Tarhuna. The study assumed that there is no statistically significant impact of work environment factors (organizational structure, systems and instructions, training, participation in decision-making, incentives and rewards, technology, working conditions) on administrative creativity in the Municipality Council of Tarhuna. The study adopted a descriptive and analytical approach, with the questionnaire being the primary tool for collecting initial data. The study population consisted of employees of the Municipality Council of Tarhuna, all targeted in a comprehensive survey sample. Data analysis was conducted using the SPSS statistical software package to analyze social phenomena. The survey tool was used to collect data and information from a sample of 21 employees. The study yielded a number of results, including: 1- The results showed a statistically significant impact of work environment factors (organizational structure, systems and instructions, training, participation in decision-making, incentives and rewards, technology, working conditions) on administrative creativity in the Municipality Council of Tarhuna. 2- It became apparent from the results that employees within the Municipality Council of Tarhuna do not express their opinions when they believe in their validity.
