The Reality of the Supervisory Practices of Educational Supervisors in Zliten in the light of the Principles of Total Quality and Ways to Develop it

Abstract
The aim of the research is to know the reality of the supervisory practices of educational supervisors in the city of Zliten in the light of the principles of total quality and ways to develop it, and to know the statistically significant differences with respect to the research variables (Gender - Educational Qualification - Type of Job - Years of Experience), and to know the ways for developing the supervisory practices of educational supervisors in Zliten in light of the principles of total quality. The research sample consisted of (65) educational supervisors, and the descriptive analytical approach was used to achieve that. One of its most important results: the level of supervisory practices of educational supervisors in Zliten in the light of the principles of total quality from the supervisors’ point of view exceeding the above-average response score on most of the dimensions with statistical significance at the 1% significant level. There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the estimates of each of the educational supervisors at the level of the supervisory practices of the educational supervisors represented in focusing on the recipients, and focusing on the quality of the teacher's performance, effective educational leadership, and continuous and distinguished improvement in Zliten in the light of the principles of total quality from the supervisors' point of view. While it was found that the value of the test on the dimension of interest in group work is not statistically significant at a significant level of 5%. The averages of the educational supervisors' estimates of the level of supervisory practices according to the variable (Gender - Educational Qualification - Years of Experience) are close, that is, there are no statistically significant differences in the averages of the educational supervisors' estimates of the level of supervisory practices of educational supervisors in Zliten in the light of the principles of total quality from the supervisors' point of view for the research variables (Gender - Educational Qualification - Years of Experience).
