Barriers to the delivery of physical education lessons from the perspective of physical education teachers in selected schools in the city of Zintan

Abstract
This study aimed to identify certain obstacles facing the implementation of physical education lessons in some schools in the city of Zintan, from the perspective of physical education teachers. The research problem arose from the emergence of various issues in the implementation of physical education lessons, which helps us understand and classify these obstacles. The study attempted to answer the main question: "What are the obstacles to implementing the physical education lesson from the perspective of physical education teachers in some schools in Zintan?" From this, several sub-questions emerged, focusing on administrative and organizational obstacles, obstacles related to facilities and equipment, obstacles related to students, obstacles related to the physical education teacher, obstacles related to the curriculum, as well as the extent to which perspectives on these obstacles differ according to variables (gender, academic qualification, years of experience). The study employed an appropriate methodology to analyze these obstacles, using a descriptive-analytical approach. It targeted a group of physical education teachers as the research population in the schools of Zintan. A questionnaire specifically designed for this purpose was used to collect data, consisting of five main axes covering the aforementioned obstacle areas. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to verify the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. The results of the validity and reliability checks showed that the questionnaire possesses a high degree of validity and reliability, indicating its suitability for measuring the research variables. The significance of this study lies in its potential to serve as a sound foundation for making decisions that contribute to improving the educational process and identifying obstacles to implementing physical education lessons.
