Abstract
The main objective of the current study is to clarify the concept of preventive education in the Islamic education curriculum, and to what extent the Islamic education curriculum can employ modern technologies in order to build generations according to the Islamic perception of the personality of the Muslim student. To confirm the inclusion of the foundations of preventive education in the Islamic education curriculum for the first secondary grade in Libya.
In the current study, the researcher used the analytical descriptive approach, and adopted a tool for analyzing information and facts related to the foundations of preventive education in the Islamic education curriculum for the first secondary grade in Libya. The current study showed that the concept of preventive education is indirectly included in the Islamic education curriculum for the first secondary grade, as the Islamic education curriculum focused on preventive education on all some concepts such as caution, avoidance, distancing, and chastity, respectively. Classroom activities and multiple teaching methods may be the most effective media
that can be used to consolidate preventive education among students.
