Abstract
The aim of the study is to identify the relationship between the modern roles of human resource management according to David Ulrich's human resource model and organizational excellence, in the General Electricity Company, Main Administration / Tripoli. This study adopted the descriptive approach and the analytical method, where data was collected using the questionnaire as the main tool for data collection. The questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of (48) taken from the study population, which consists of managers and heads of departments, and whose number is (137). The data were analyzed using the SPSS statistical package, and the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: the existence of a statistically significant relationship between the modern roles of human resource management according to David Ulrich’s model and organizational excellence, and also that the company is characterized by dividing organizational tasks into similar activities according to specialization.
