The Impact of Employment Equal Opportunity Policies for People with Disabilities on Institutional Performance – An Analysis of the Relationship within the Framework of Organizational Factors and International References

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the impact of equal employment opportunity policies for persons with disabilities on institutional performance and business management, with a particular focus on their alignment with international frameworks, especially the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) (2006) The significance of this research lies in its contribution to promoting social justice and advancing sustainable development through labor market inclusion. The study adopts a descriptive-analytical approach to examine the relationship between inclusion policies and institutional performance. The research methodology involves a comprehensive literature review, analysis of international reports, and case studies of organizations implementing effective inclusion strategies, including Microsoft and the Saudi “Tamkeen” initiative. The findings indicate that organizations adopting inclusive employment policies demonstrate enhanced productivity and innovation, alongside increased job satisfaction and reduced employee turnover. However, the study also identifies persistent challenges, such as inadequate workplace accommodations, implicit discrimination, and limited institutional awareness of inclusion benefits. Accordingly, the study recommends strengthening public-private partnerships, developing targeted training programs to raise employer awareness, and updating national legislation to align with international standards, in order to foster inclusive and sustainable work environments.
