Résumé
This study aims to identify the impact of leadership pattenrs on the application of
total quality management in Hatif LIbya Company at Zawia. The study population
composed of the company’s officials, where a random sample was taken from the
study population, (45) questionnaire forms were distributed ; (41) questionnaires
were recovered, but (4) lost. The study put the following main hypothesis: There is
a statistically significant relationship between the different leadership patterns and
the application Total Quality Management .
The study concluded that there is a positive direct relationship with a statistical
significance between leadership patterns and the level of application of total quality
management, and through the results it became clear that the autocratic pattern is
more effective, as the general average of the answers for the autocratic pattern
measurement indicator was (4.1707), followed by the democratic pattern (3.49).
The study recommends setting up of training programs for administrative leaders so
that these leaders render to have a high degree of awareness and understanding in
the embodiment and application of total quality managemen.
