Abstract
The Libyan people are among the most Arab peoples who love bread and consume it, and this is due to the nature of the Libyan diet, which made it a main component of their daily food, as this study dealt with the spatial distribution of the bread and baking industry in the Libyan city of Quba, as this study relied on several criteria to evaluate this distribution, the most important of which is the concentration of this industry, its spread, its general structure, and its contribution to the structure of the city's economic base in meeting the local product for the city's residents of bread and baking of all kinds within its geographical surroundings, and classifying this vital activity and its origin, according to the location, number of workers, and its size, both quantitatively and qualitatively, within residential neighborhoods, based on the spatial and digital standard through mathematical, graphic and cartographic representation to know the principle of balance and fairness of its distribution on the general map of the city, and the extent of its efficiency in providing its services to the population, within the general plan of the city and outside it, in order to clarify the problems and obstacles facing this industry within the city and the possibility of addressing and overcoming them in the near future, to conclude this study in its entirety with results and recommendations.
