Abstract
This research aimed to identify the type and degree of the relationship between psychological stress and organizational behavior among a sample of employees of the Faculty of Education, University of Zawiya. It also aimed to identify the level of psychological stress and the level of their organizational behavior. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the comprehensive inventory method was followed when collecting data from the study community, as the size of the study community was (65) male and female employees working at the Faculty of Education, Zawiya, according to the statistics of the year (2024 AD). To collect the data, the researcher prepared a psychological stress scale consisting of (20) paragraphs, and a scale for organizational behavior that also included (20) paragraphs. After verifying their validity and stability, the data were collected and analyzed statistically, and the researcher reached the following results: - There is a statistically significant inverse correlation at the level (0.01) between psychological stress and organizational behavior among employees of the Faculty of Education, University of Zawiya. - The level of psychological stress among employees of the Faculty of Education, University of Zawiya, was moderate. - The level of organizational behavior among employees of the Faculty of Education, University of Zawiya, was moderate.
