Abstract

The study dealt with the strangeness of form and content in the works of the plastic artist Hamida Saqr. It is one of the studies that are interested in the fields of plastic arts as one of the means of expressing what the artist's thoughts and visions carry through the interaction of form and content in her artworks. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach. The study reached results including the adoption of contradiction, experimentation and alienation in the various methods available to the artist with her own technique. The embodiment of culture and artistic and aesthetic visions in the artist's formulation and composition and her more strange and interpretive stylistic performance through modern manifestations that formed the strength of the artworks and their expressions that appeared in the shapes and colors according to the imagined images in a unique subjective way. Likewise, the consolidation of expressive connotations according to the elements of artistic formation and methods of modern styles arouses astonishment and surprise in the recipient.
