Abstract
Comprehensive quality has become a method of modern management and development of higher education institutions by building and deepening a comprehensive quality culture. The study aims to identify the most important difficulties in obtaining institutional accreditation for the management of total quality in the faculties of education at the University of Zintan, the Faculty of Education Zintan model. The study community and sample were professors charged with managing the college's total quality team and heads of scientific departments and their quality coordinators. The method of personal interview with some heads of scientific departments and the faculty's quality department was adopted to identify the most important difficulties and a questionnaire was prepared consisting of two main axes: the axis of academic and administrative difficulties, and the axis of technical difficulties. The sample of the study consisted of twenty-six faculty members. The study reached several results, including difficulties related to the academic and technical aspects and the level of equipment required. The study recommended the need to hold seminars, workshops and meetings on total quality management in order to achieve continuous improvement in the institution and provide the necessary requirements for overall quality management.
