New methods and techniques have arisen that are not traditional in information storage and retrieval, as well as the wide spread of the Internet, which has helped to create the electronic library, the electronic library system is the provision of information and its sources on digital media stored in databases connected to the Internet. It enables beneficiaries and researchers to access it through the databases of the electronic library, allowing them to access knowledge containers and resources from anywhere with minimal time and effort.
