Abstract

In this study, I dealt with (the views of the fundamentalists on the specification of the concept of the title and its impact on the branches of jurisprudence. Thus, in the introduction, I defined the meaning of the concept linguistically and terminologically. Then, I explained its types in terms of generality. I also illustrated the concept of agreement, mentioned its divisions, explained each division separately. After that I explained the meaning of the concept of dissent and explained the most famous types. I concluded the preface by mentioning the conditions of work with the concept of violation. Then, I divided the study into three sections: In the first section, I dealt with is the meaning of specification with the concept of the title.Thus, I defined the general language and terminology, and the specification of language and terminology, and the title in language and terminology. I concluded the section with the overall meaning of specification with the concept of the title. In the second section, I discussed the opinions of the fundamentalists regarding the specification of the concept of the title. I mentioned the statements contained in that, the evidence for each statement, and the discussion of those statements. I ended up the section by mentioning the most correct opinion among them and the fundamental rule mentioned by the scholars that branched out from it. As for the third topic: it was about the effect of the specification. With the concept of the title in the branches of jurisprudence, the most famous issues based on this concept were presented, and the study was concluded with the most important results and recommendations.
