Abstract

This study aims to reveal the nature of the relationship between health behavior and mental health among a sample of patients with high blood pressure . The sample consisted of (100) people with high blood pressure. The health behavior standard, prepared by the two researchers , and the Lukdberg mental health scale were applied using the Statistical Package for Social Science system and the pearson correlation coefficient . The study results that there is a low level of healthy behavior . among patients with high blood pressure. The results of the study also showed that there is a positive correlation between healthy behavior and mental health.
