Abstract

Muslim jurists have a major role in deducing and clarifying the rulings related to reviving the dead, and among them are the Maliki jurists. To extract what they wrote of the controls and rulings related to reviving the dead, I sought God’s help in clarifying these controls through a topic I called: “Controls for reviving the dead in the Maliki school of thought”. In it, I explained the concept of reviving the dead, its legitimacy, the wisdom behind it, and the controls and rulings of reviving the dead according to the Maliki jurists.
