Abstract

The research aims to identify the efficiency of the teaching performance of physical education teachers for school sports by observing the education of Al-ALjeilat in Libya, where the research sample reached (60) male and female teachers in observing the education of the city of -Aljeilat, and the researcher used the descriptive method of the survey study. The female teachers are attributed to the variable of experience, as well as there are no statistically significant differences for the teachers of physical education due to the gender variable. Sports to update information about everything new in the field of physical education, as well as give moral and material motivation to the teacher of physical education so that he can accomplish his educational and educational tasks, and also to conduct a study similar to the current study in the Libyan environment dealing with the efficiency of the teaching performance of physical education teachers.
