Abstract

The present research aims to identify the statistically significant correlation between emotional intelligence and self-effectiveness of the teachers of training and rehabilitation centers for the special categories of Zliten city, and to identify the significance of differences in emotional intelligence and self-effectiveness depending on the variable (years of experience, type of disability), the research sample consisted of (40) teachers of training and rehabilitation centers for special groups. The emotional intelligence scale was used by Ahmed Alalwan (2011), and the measure of self-effectiveness prepared by Wala Suhail Youssef (2016), and in order to achieve the research objectives, the correlative descriptive curriculum was used, Results of this research showed a statistically significant correlation (0.01) between emotional intelligence and self-effectiveness the value of this relationship (%75) among the teachers of rehabilitation and training centers for special groups , and the results also showed no statistically significant differences in the emotional intelligence scale depending on the variable years of experience , and the type of disability, the existence of statistically significant differences in the measure of self- effectiveness attributable to the variable years of experience, The best interest of the team has been for years of experience ten years and more with years of experience from six to ten years The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the self-effectiveness measure of women teachers of rehabilitation and training centers for special groups attributable to the variable type of disability .
