Abstract

This research focuses on studying the impact of the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine on American-European relations, as these relations have witnessed a great development that reached the point of the strategic alliance of the two sides of the Atlantic or what is known as NATO in the face of the former Soviet Union, but the factors of the strength of this alliance It began to decline and lose momentum in the post-Cold War period until the Russian-Ukrainian war came and the European scene was restored to conditions very similar to the scene of the Cold War.
