Abstract

This research was conducted to identify the legal nature of the controlled delivery mechanism in combating drug crimes, and to clarify the foundations on which it is based and its applications between countries within the framework of compatibility between respecting the sovereignty of states and their systems on the one hand, and achieving tangible international cooperation to limit the spread of transnational crime. This research aims to clarify the importance of this mechanism and its effectiveness in combating the crimes of illegal trafficking in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances at the national and international levels, through the analytical and critical study method.
