Abstract

The purpose of this entitled research is that the quorum rule of the Zakat on in Islamic jurisprudence. Is the knowledge of the legitimate rule or "postural rule" whether or not a quorum is required ،"That is, is the quorum a condition required for the zakat according to jurists or not? Because this matter is one of the issues over which there was disagreement among Ancient jurists؛ However, they have become more and more frequent in recent times.This study consisted of two sections, the first in which I sought to explain the definition of the quorum linguistically and idiomatically, and the reasons of naming it, and the wisdom behind specifying it, As well as clarifying the concept of zakat linguistically and terminologically ،and the reason why jurists differ over its definition. In the second section, I managed the core of the re٢search and study, It is the requirement of a quorum in the pillars of the zakat, explaining the evidence of jurists as well as examining and studying it as much as possible and weighting for one of the sayings, with mentioning the disbursements of zakat on
