Modern Industry according to Al-San'ani in Subul al-Salam

Abstract

This research discusses the modern industrial methodology through Al-San‘ani’s book Subul Al-Salam Sharh Bulugh Al-Maram min Adillat Al-Ahkam (The Ways of Peace: Explanation of Bulugh Al-Maram from the Evidence of Rulings). The book explains the scholarly approach followed by Al-San‘ani in his writings, especially in the field of (Hadith). It is considered one of his most important works and one of the most widely studied among students and researchers. This study was motivated by his distinguished methodology in critically analyzing prophetic traditions, rejecting blind imitation, defending evidence-based reasoning, and encouraging (independent reasoning).The study is divided into an introduction, a preface, two main chapters, and a conclusion. Preface: His name, birth, upbringing, teachers, students, scholars’ praise of him, his writings, and his death.
