Controls of Verification and Weakening Between Hadith Scholars and Jurists
Main Article Content
Abstract
This research addresses a precise issue among hadith scholars and jurists, which is the controls of verification and weakening between hadith scholars and jurists. The importance of this study lies in clarifying the differences and agreements between the two groups, as well as explaining the ruling on hadith and working with it. It also reveals the critical aspect of both groups, where hadith scholars focus on attributing the hadith to its narrator and the authenticity of the hadith in terms of the continuity or interruption of the chain of narration, while the jurist focuses on whether the hadith is valid for inference or not. We have chosen the mursal hadith and the news of the ahad to clarify the opinions of the two groups.
