Obstacles to development in the local community and the role of social service in reducing its effects

Abstract

The local society lacks to many economics political and social factors which these factors play an important role in achieving of local society development and this can not be done without the existence of these Factors through this we can pose the following questing :what are the obstacles of development in local society ? and what is the role of social work in reducing these obstacles ? This research concerned mainly to know the obstacles that face the process of development in local society, and to know the role of social work in redoing of these obstacles. The descriptive method was used and the results showed the following the most important obstacles that facing the development in local societies are : major countries govern the economics of developing societies. As well as the weakness of the sense of social responsibility and administrative competence also the lack of good planning the process of development and weak financial resources for some societies in the end these obstacles together stand against the process of local society development.
