Abstract

This research addresses The hisbah system in The Islamic state as one of the most important Administrative and regulatory systems that contributed to organizing society and markets .it provides A historical and analytical study of its functions and impact on economic and social life .the aim of the research is to define the concept of hisbah and its legal foundations tracing its origins and development throughout Islamic history ,while highlighting the role of the muhtasib in monitoring markets preventing fraud And monopolies ,and maintaining public order and moral values in society the research also discusses the economic and social function Hisbah ,its role in achieving justice and protecting consumers as well as its relationship with enjoining good and for bidding evil.
