Job Rotation and Its Role in Improving the Performance of Employees at the Libyan Academy for Graduate Studies – Misrata Branch

Abstract
The current research aims to identify the reality of the role of job rotation in improving the performance of employees of the Libyan Academy for Graduate Studies, Misrata branch, from their point of view, and to identify whether there are statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample members attributable to the variables of gender, academic qualification, years of experience, and number of times of moving between jobs. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method to achieve the research objectives, and used the questionnaire as a research tool. The research sample consisted of (52) educational inspectors out of (165) representing the study population, who were selected using simple random methods. The research reached the following results: 1. The role of job rotation in improving the performance of employees at the Libyan Academy for Graduate Studies, Misrata branch, was found to be significant. 2. There were statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level in the research sample's views on the role of job rotation in improving the performance of employees at the Libyan Academy for Graduate Studies, Misrata branch, attributable to the variable of academic qualification. 3. There were no statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level in the research sample's views on the role of job rotation in improving the performance of employees at the Libyan Academy for Graduate Studies, Misrata branch, attributable to the variables of gender, work experience, and number of job changes.
