The Role of Electronic Management in Developing Administrative Work at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences / Qaminis

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the role of electronic management in the development of the Administrative Faculty Work Arts and Sciences / Qaminis, and identify the most important obstacles that may hinder its application at the mentioned college. The study relied on the descriptive approach as well as on the comprehensive survey method because of the small size of the community study. Also, we depended on the questionnaire as a tool to collect data about the study community. Thus, the study reached the following results: The level of applying the Electronic administration at College of Arts and Sciences Qaminis was weak. The most important electronic methods were used by the administrators and academic leaders were: the computer as well as the internet, while the mobile phone is considered the least usage method. The most important obstacles that face the application of electronic management at College of Arts and Sciences Qaminis are: management obstacles and technical obstacles, while the human obstacles are considered the least obstacles. There are different opinions among the researchers about the obstacles that may face the application of electronic management at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences Qaminis, due to the variables of (type, job, Specialization).
