Abstract

This research examines one of the factors influencing the Libyan state, namely its location in relation to its regional neighbors, which represent its vital and strategic depth. This research, entitled "The Geographical Foundations of Libyan Relations with Neighboring Countries," aims to analyze and review the geographical aspects, determinants, and foundations that govern the diverse relations between Libya and its regional neighbors. It raises questions related to the nature of the geographical aspects upon which these relations are based, and their geopolitical implications for the Libyan state.
