Abstract

This study aimed to present a model for training programs designed to improve certain dimensions of quality of life for primary school teachers, with the goal of activating and utilizing it. The study was conducted on a sample of (30) primary school teachers using purposive sampling. It employed a quasi-experimental design with two groups (experimental group and control group), and pre- and post-tests for each group. The study sought to identify the effectiveness of the proposed program in improving certain dimensions of quality of life for teachers of the first three grades in primary education, and its impact on their professional competencies. The results showed statistically significant differences favoring the experimental group compared to the control group in the post-test, compared to the pre-test, in the dimensions of quality of life improvement. This indicates the effectiveness of the training program in improving certain dimensions of quality of life for primary school teachers. Furthermore, the results showed a positive and significant effect of the program on the availability of certain professional competencies among the teachers in the experimental group. The results also showed no statistically significant differences between the post-test and follow-up measurements for the experimental group on the quality of life assessment tool.
