Main Article Content
Abstract
This study addresses the topic of Hajj in the Holy Qur’an, as it is one of the fundamental pillars of Islam and a manifestation of sincere devotion to Allah. The study aims to highlight the devotional, educational, and social value dimensions reflected in the verses of Hajj. Through a comprehensive survey of the Qur’anic verses related to Hajj within the framework of thematic interpretation, the verses were collected, classified, analyzed, and studied using the analytical method, drawing on the interpretations of scholars and considering the Qur’anic context. The study is structured into an introduction, a preliminary section, and two main chapters. The introduction presents the importance of the topic, the objectives of the study, selected previous studies, and the methodology employed. The preliminary section explains the concept of Hajj linguistically and legally. The first chapter examines the educational dimensions of the Qur’anic verses on Hajj, divided into three sections: the obligation and compliance of Hajj, the rituals and pillars of Hajj, and the remembrance and supplication associated with Hajj. The second chapter explores the educational and social value dimensions of the verses of Hajj, including their educational implications and their role in promoting social values. The study concludes with a summary of the main findings and a list of references.
