Ethics of Artificial Intelligence in Light of Islamic Law

Abstract
All praise is due to Allah for His countless blessings, and peace and blessings be upon the Prophet sent as a mercy to all nations. This research, entitled “Ethics of Artificial Intelligence in Light of Islamic Sharia”, aims to clarify the Islamic legal guidelines related to artificial intelligence technology and to establish ethical frameworks for its use in a manner consistent with Islamic values and principles while serving the objectives of Sharia (Maqasid al-Sharia). The study also seeks to contribute to the development of ethical and jurisprudential thought in order to keep pace with technological advancements, as well as to promote awareness and a culture of responsible artificial intelligence use among individuals and society according to specific standards and regulations. The research is divided into three sections. The first section discusses the concept of artificial intelligence and its importance. The second section addresses the Islamic legal and ethical regulations governing its use. The third section examines its risks and disadvantages. The study concludes with a conclusion and a set of recommendations.
