Prohibited Women in Marriage (Permanent Prohibition) Case Study

Abstract
The topic of women permanently forbidden in marriage is a significant area of Islamic jurisprudence, receiving considerable attention due to its direct impact on preserving lineage, safeguarding morals, and achieving family and social stability. The religious texts of the Holy Quran and the Prophetic Sunnah clearly define the women whom marriage is permanently prohibited, specifying the reasons and criteria for this prohibition, whether based on blood relations, breastfeeding, or affinity.
