Evidence of Scientific Miracles in Surah Q – An Analytical Study
Main Article Content
Abstract
The Holy Qur’an is a book of guidance and miracles, combining divine guidance with cosmic signs that point to the greatness of the Creator, Glorified and Exalted be He. The Holy Qur’an has guided the human mind to reflect upon the universe and the self, and has linked true faith with contemplation of the creation of the heavens and the earth. Surah Qaf is one of the Meccan surahs rich in cosmic verses and scientific indications, addressing issues such as the creation of humankind, the construction of the heavens, the sprouting of the earth, and its revival after death, making it a fertile field for study in the light of scientific miracles. The researcher adopted an analytical approach through the analysis of Qur’anic verses, and employed an inductive method to trace the statements of exegetes and scholars, whilst utilising a comparative approach to contrast scientific interpretations with contemporary scientific facts.
