Abstract

This research dealt with the tourism planning process in Libya from 1960-2018 with an explanation of the concept of tourism planning and the emergence and development of the stages of tourism planning that Libya went through with a statement of the obstacles that faced the success of each stage of tourism planning. Arranged in several sections, the first of which dealt with the methodology of the study, while the second clarified the concept, types and stages of tourism planning. Political, administrative and financial, then conclude the research with results and recommendations.
