Abstract

This study addresses culture and its impact on European society up to the late fifteenth century. It begins by defining the concept of culture, then examines its patterns and role during the Roman Empire. The research then moves on to explore the culture of European society in the Middle Ages, highlighting its characteristics and its impact on that society.
It also studies the culture of the European Renaissance, explaining its trends, features, and its role in the development and openness of European society to various sciences and fields of knowledge, leading to the flourishing of the modern and contemporary eras.
