Abstract
This study aims to analyze the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on supporting administrative decision-making within Libyana Telecommunications Company by examining its main dimensions: the technological dimension, the organizational and managerial dimension, the human and cognitive dimension, and the ethical and security dimension. It also seeks to measure the effect of these dimensions on the quality of administrative decisions. The study adopted a descriptive–analytical approach and used a questionnaire as the primary data collection instrument. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 265 respondents, of which 25 invalid questionnaires were excluded, resulting in 240 valid questionnaires for analysis. Data were analyzed using SPSS, relying on frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviations, and a one-sample t-test compared to the hypothetical mean (3),The results revealed a positive orientation toward the availability of technological, organizational, human, and ethical requirements for implementing artificial intelligence. The findings also demonstrated that AI contributes significantly to improving the quality of administrative decisions, particularly in terms of speed, accuracy, error reduction, and efficient resource utilization. However, the results indicated a relative need to strengthen training programs, incentive systems, and trust in the outputs of intelligent systems. The study recommends enhancing technological infrastructure, expanding training initiatives, activating incentive mechanisms, and strengthening data governance and ethical frameworks to ensure the responsible and effective utilization of artificial intelligence in supporting administrative decision-making.
