Main Article Content

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the impact of intelligent information technology on human resources management. The study population consisted of all employees at all levels (medical and paramedical staff) at Tripoli Medical Hospital. A simple random sample of (120) individuals was selected, and (8) questionnaires were excluded as they were unsuitable for analysis. Data analysis was performed using the Statistical Analysis Software (SPSS) on the sample's responses to the study's items and variables, the results showed a statistically significant effect at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) for the independent variable (information technology and its dimensions) on the dependent variable (human resources management). The study also presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity for the organization under study to keep pace with modern technologies and work on continuously updating them.
