Teaching Competencies of Female Kindergarten Teachers

Abstract

Kindergarten is one of the most important educational stages in a person's life, as it contributes to building the child's future personality. The success of this stage requires teachers with high teaching competencies, as they are responsible for effectively applying educational approaches. This research addresses the teaching competencies of kindergarten teachers and aims to identify the role of kindergarten teachers in implementing educational situations and determine the most important teaching competencies required of kindergarten teachers. The research used a desk survey method to collect information about teaching competencies, which helps in determining the necessary procedures for effectively implementing educational situations. The results showed the importance of identifying the teaching competencies necessary for kindergarten teachers, which should include : discovering creative abilities, generating ideas, solving problems, and rewarding production. It is also recommended that continuous training programs be provided to teachers to enhance their skills and develop their performance in the early education environment.
