Prof. Al-Marzouqi Ali Al-Hadi Al-Marzouqi – Libya
Professor of Islamic Studies. As Editor-in-Chief, he leads a team of academic scholars from various disciplines within the humanities. He previously served as Managing Editor of Al-Qurtas Journal and currently serves as Treasurer of the Libyan Association for Educational and Human Sciences. He also previously served as Assistant Director of Al-Andalus Foundation for Culture and Assistant Head of the Al-Andalus Cultural Salon, which is organized monthly under the supervision of the Libyan Association for Educational and Human Sciences.
Prof. Al-Marzouqi has published numerous scholarly articles and authored several books, including one published work and two forthcoming titles. He teaches graduate students at the Libyan Academy and other Libyan universities, supervising master's and doctoral theses.

Dr. Bashir Mohammed Abdulsalam Al-Tayeb – Libya
Associate Professor of Urban Geography at University of Tobruk.
He obtained his Master’s degree in Urban Planning from the Academy of Graduate Studies in Tripoli (2010) and his PhD in Urban Geography from Mansoura University, Egypt (2017).
His academic and administrative experience includes:

Professor of Islamic Creed (Aqidah). He obtained his Master’s and PhD in Islamic Creed in 2002. He currently teaches at Al-Zaytouna University, Tunisia, and the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies at Qatar University.

Dr. Jaber Ben Essobhi Ghanimi – Tunisia
PhD in Law from the Faculty of Law and Political Science, Tunisia (2012).
His doctoral thesis was titled “The Individual in International Law.”
He obtained a Master’s degree in Law (2008) and a Bachelor’s degree in Law (1998) from the same institution.
