A field study on the degree of availability of entrepreneurial education: College of Information Technology as a model

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the degree of availability of entrepreneurial education requirements at Al-Zawiya University from the perspective of faculty members in the College of Information Technology. It then investigated whether there were differences, or no differences, in the degree of availability of these requirements based on the variables of gender and years of experience. The study population consisted of 60 faculty members. The researcher employed a descriptive-analytical approach and used a questionnaire as the data collection tool. The study yielded the following result - The degree of availability of entrepreneurial education requirements at Al-Zawiya University, according to the perspective of faculty members in the College of Information Technology, was high. - There were statistically significant differences (0.05) in the degree of availability of entrepreneurial education requirements at Al-Zawiya University, according to the perspective of faculty members in the College of Information Technology, based on the gender variable, favoring male faculty members. - There are statistically significant differences at (0.05) in the degree of availability of entrepreneurial education requirements at Al-Zawiya University according to the viewpoint of the faculty members of the College of Information Technology, which are attributed to the variable of years of experience and in favor of the study community members whose years of experience are (10 years or more).
