Abstract

When practicing their professional role in social care institutions, social workers face a set of difficulties and obstacles that constitute a barrier or hindrance to carrying out their role in the required manner, especially in social care institutions in Tripoli, the study community. Hence, the research aims to (identify the reality of the professional performance of the social worker in social care institutions in Libya), and through the aim of trying to reach some points that can be through proving its role and treating the difficulties it encounters.
