Abstract

The study aimed to measure the difficulties facing political parties in Libya to influencing on political scene. The descriptive and analysis method used a questionnaire that was distributed to a number of parties in Libya. 54 was the sample chosen to know their opinions on the subject of the study. The results show a negative correlation between the newness of the partisan experience in Libya and the influence on the Libyan political scene. Moreover, the study also found a negative correlation between people's confidence in political parties and their influence on the Libyan scene. The study recommends the need to strengthen the role of parties through awareness campaigns and effective party activities to highlight their importance in the Libyan political scene and the importance of instilling confidence among people by clarifying the parties’ orientations in Libya and clarifying their funding sources and developing clear political projects that serve Libyan politics developmentally and politically.
