From the sections of Sharia ruling (general)

Abstract

The aim of this study is to explain the importance of studying the methods of deriving legal rulings, especially the general ones. The importance of the research lies in the fact that the term is divided into several divisions according to various considerations. Among these divisions is the consideration of the term’s inclusion of restricted individuals, or non-limited individuals. It is divided into three sections: the general , private, and shared. I made this research general, and divided it into an introduction, two sections, and a conclusion. The first requirement: I explained the definition of the general, its formula, and its meaning. The second requirement : I explained the types of the general, its specialization, and the general that occurs for a special reason. As for the conclusion : it contains the outcomes of this research.
